- Spot-clean minor marks; air out between wears.
- No bleach or tumble dry.
- Steam/press inside out on low with a pressing cloth (avoid embellishments).
- Please note that there may be slight variations in color due to lighting, photography, and screen resolution.
- All hand-stitched products may carry minor imperfections, which are natural and reflect the human involvement and craftsmanship behind each piece.
- Your order will be dispatched within approximately 5-7 working days (excl. Sat-Sun) from the day the order is placed.
- In case you want to request an express shipping, please contact our customer service.
- Free shipping is valid on all Orders.
- You can avail both Pre-paid as well as COD options when placing your order, however, COD charges of Rs 100 are levied on all cod orders.
- Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
- Exchange within 3 days of delivery.

- Return options: Self-ship within 48 hrs after approval (share tracking) or Reverse pickup (₹150) via payment link.
- We dispatch the exchange after receiving the returned item.
