Return & Cancellation Policy

We at Weaving Cult make every product with utmost love and care and always try to deliver 100% satisfaction to our customers.
We have a 3-day exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Exchange value: The exchange must be of equal or more value than the product purchased.

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your exchange request is accepted, you may choose from two options

1) Self-Ship the Item
You can courier the product back to us at your convenience. Please make sure to:

  • Clearly mention your full name and Order ID on the package.

  • Share an image of the parcel along with the tracking details on email or WhatsApp.

  • Your exchange will be dispatched once we receive the returned item.

Please ensure the return is shipped within 48 hours of acceptance.

2) Request a Reverse Pickup
We can arrange a pickup from your delivery address. A ₹150 charge applies (covers pickup and handling).

  • A payment link will be shared with you for this amount.

  • Once the payment is completed, the reverse pickup will be scheduled.

  • After we receive the returned item, your exchange will be dispatched.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale items

All sale items are final and not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds & sizing

We have a no-refund policy. However, if there is a sizing issue, we offer a one-time exchange or alteration to all our customers, or provide store credit for the same.


Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After this period, we will not be able to process any cancellation requests as the order may already be under production or dispatched.

  • Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.
